Introducing Organizations in the NovaMap portal

We're pleased to introduce Organizations, a new way to run Managed OIE as a team.

You can now bring your colleagues into one shared workspace, where your team collaborates on the same OIE instances and alerts. It's free, and it takes seconds to set up.

What you can do

• Work as a team. Everyone in your organization sees the same instances and alerts, so no one is locked out of what a colleague set up.
• Set the right access for each person. Access runs from full control of the organization and its instances down to read-only monitoring. You can give clinicians or stakeholders a clear view of instance health and alerts without the ability to change anything.
• Manage the team over time. Resend or revoke pending invites, change someone's access, remove a member, or transfer ownership.
• Run more than one organization. Switch between organizations without logging out, which helps if you manage integrations for several clients.

Who it's for

Teams running production integrations on Managed OIE. System vendors managing OIE for multiple clients, who need each client's instances kept separate. Provider organizations that want oversight of instance health without handing everyone the keys.
